About Golden Acres Puppies

Hey there! We’re Elizabeth, Alex, Cole, and Miya, and we’re thrilled to welcome you to our 100-acre farm just outside of Columbia, Kentucky. At Golden Acres Puppies, we raise Golden Retriever and Goldendoodle puppies with a focus on health, temperament, and early socialization, so each puppy can grow into a confident, happy companion.

Elizabeth is the heart and soul of our animal-loving family. From caring for our beautiful dogs to tending to our cattle and pampering her horse, Halo, she’s always had a special bond with animals. Her love for furry friends started early (and kept her mom on her toes!) with every little critter she brought home—so it’s no surprise she followed her heart into a life of raising dogs and puppies the right way.

Cole, our ten-year-old, loves the puppies when they arrive, but his heart truly belongs to his kitten, Meow Meow. Miya, our seven-year-old, couldn’t be happier when the house is filled with playful pups—she’s our little “mother hen,” wrapping them in blankets and rocking them in her chair. If you follow along on social media, you’ll probably spot her cuddling puppies on a regular basis.

When Alex isn’t working as a full-time lineman, you’ll usually find him checking in on our mama dogs and their newborn puppies—or rolling around on the floor with the growing pups. His favorite? That would be Derby, and she knows exactly how to charm him!

We’re committed to doing things the right way. Our dogs have plenty of space to run and play, and before any of our dogs become parents, they complete thorough health testing. We truly love what we do, and we’re honored to help families in Kentucky and beyond find a puppy they’ll love for years to come.
