We couldn’t be happier with our new puppy, Goose! He is absolutely perfect and has been settling in so well! This is our second puppy from Golden Acres, and the incredible experience we had the first time was exactly why we were drawn back to her. Once again, she exceeded all of our expectations. Goose has such a sweet and loving temperament, and he’s already picking up on commands and routines so quickly. It’s amazing how smart he is! Elizabeth puts so much love and care into her dogs and puppies, and it shows in every way. We are so grateful to have another healthy, happy pup from Golden Acres. We just added a 10-week old golden retriever, Crew, to our family and he is an absolute dream! He’s so sweet, playful, heathy, and incredibly intelligent, which goes to show how loved and taken care of he was before joining us. Elizabeth was great to work with and made the process for first time dog owners so pleasant. She responded to my inquiry almost immediately, and provided us with so much helpful information to ensure a smooth transition and a happy and healthy dog. You can tell how loved these puppies are, and it feels good knowing we got him from an ethical source. We are forever grateful!!!
We had an amazing experience with Golden Acres Puppies. We knew we wanted a pure bred Golden Retriever and after reading the reviews we decided to visit them. We got to meet the moms and fell in love with Derby. We reserved a boy and when it came time to visit the puppies we fell in love with a sweet boy we named Finley. The entire process was easy and excellent, Liz did a great job with communication. She stayed in steady contact with us via text and sent us updates and pictures/videos. Liz sent us home with a packet with the medical records, birth certificate and everything our vet would need. Would highly recommend Golden Acres Puppies, we are very happy with our decision.
We got our Goldendoodle from Liz and team at Golden Acres last year, and are in love with him! He is super playful and VERY smart. Liz was super responsive to all our questions and helpful throughout the process. We were able to get our puppy hand-delivered to New York, which was great, especially avoiding putting him on an airplane! Thank you!
Liz and her team at Golden Acres Puppies are just stellar. Liz is prompt regarding inquiries and makes the process of introducing a new family member to the home so seamless. She is knowledgable about the puppies she cares for and ensures they are well socialized and ready for their forever homes. The property the puppies are raised on are in excellent condition, AC in the Summer, heat in the Winter with access to the outdoors at all times. Liz even has delivery services available which was much appreciated during the busy holiday season. Even after our pup has been home, Liz takes the time to follow up and quickly responds to any questions we have had. I’m super impressed with her professionalism and kindness. Not to mention we are in love with our Ziggy, she’s the perfect addition to our family and so dang cute!! We are forever grateful to Golden Acres and highly recommend!
After over a decade of my 5 children begging for a pet, we finally decided we were ready & started looking. Amazingly, they all agreed they wanted a Golden Retriever. We saw Liz’s reviews & knew her dogs (& she) had to be fantastic. They really are. We may have been the most annoying, hovering, full-of-stupid-questions & high-maintenance clients she’s had. We wanted to meet the dogs, and after choosing our girl, constantly requested pics & videos since we were on vacation for weeks on end & our children were wanting regular puppy updates. She graciously agreed to keep her until we could return from our trip. Liz is kind, responsive, patient & just genuinely seems to love her dogs, their puppies & her family. Our dog Aurelia is beautiful, well-socialized & sweet-as-can-be with the right dose of puppy energy. We are so delighted to have found Liz & have Auri as the newest member of our family.
